| Chapter 113 | Daybreak | |
| 5 Verses | al-Falaq | الـفلق |
| 1 | In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak | بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ |
| 2 | From the evil of that which He created | مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ |
| 3 | And from the evil of darkness when it settles | وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ |
| 4 | And from the evil of the blowers in knots | وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ |
| 5 | And from the evil of an envier when he envies.” | وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ |
